Removing the Player From the PC Safely
For Windows2000/ME/XP/Vista with MSC mode
1. Left click the icon at the right hand corner of the taskbar.
2. Click the pop-up mini-window with message of “Safely Remove
the USB Mass Storage Device – Drive (X)”.
3. When you are prompted to remove the device, pull out the
player.
For Windows98 and MTP mode
Please make sure the data transfer is completed before unplug-
ging the media player.
Special reminder:
Do not disconnect the USB cable when data is being trans-
mitted between PC and player, which may damage data or
cause data losses in the player. Disconnection should be
conducted only when “device can now be safely removed
from the system” is displayed; When the USB is in operation,
other button is inactive. If the player fails to power on due to
data loss or I/O mistake reminder by mal-operation, please
refer to the trouble shooting section for solution.
