Warranty: We offer return and exchange service within 30 days. If you receive a
replacement part, we will extend the warranty period for another 30 days.
• You can easily complete a return request for purchases made through
Teamson.com or TeamsonKids.com by clicking on the Contact Us link in the
bottom navigation menu and then choosing the General Inquiries option. We
have a 30 day return policy for product returns.
• You may also be required to provide the following:
o Images of the damaged item
o The original ship-to name and address of the product
o The original product so it can be inspected by our quality control team.
Please do not throw the item away.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
o Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error.
o Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Monogrammed items, gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for returns or
exchanges.
