Description
Open Time 20-40 minutes

Freeze/Thaw Stability
Freeze/thaw stable to 10°F (-12°C) for a minimum of
5 cycles. If frozen, slowly bring material back to room
temperature and stir before using.
Storage
Store in cool, dry location. Do not store open
containers.
Shelf Life
Maximum 1 year from date of manufacture in properly
stored, unopened package.
5. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Application
For best results, flooring material, room and adhesive should be kept at a
minimum of 60°F (16°C) for 24 hours before, during and after installation. Refer
to flooring manufacturers installation guidelines for proper application instructions,
including trowel size and approximate coverage. The Perfect Putdown
®
has an
approximate working time of 20 to 40 minutes, depending on trowel size, floor
porosity, temperature and humidity. Do not spread more adhesive than can be
covered within the adhesive open-time. When installing non-porous flooring over a
non-porous substrate, use the tacky method of installation. Avoid heavy traffic for
24-48 hours after installation.
Clean-up
Remove fresh adhesive from face of flooring with warm, soapy water. Dried
adhesive must be removed with mineral spirits.
