Substrate Preparation
For use over concrete above, on or below grade, exterior or marine grade
plywood. Not recommended over painted, stained and/or water-sealed plywood.
Sweep floor and remove loose dust and debris immediately prior to installation.
Make sure floor is free from grease, oil, paint and any other contaminants that
will interfere with the bond of the adhesives. Fill all cracks and depressions
with a suitable exterior-grade floor-patching compound. Condition adhesive and
materials to 65ºF and 35-65% relative humidity, 48 hours prior to and after
installation.
All concrete substrates must be tested for moisture and pH prior to flooring
installation. The industry standard methods for testing moisture are ASTM
F2170 (RH) or ASTM F1869 (Calcium Chloride-MVER). Consult floor covering
manufacturer for acceptable RH or MVER. Test for pH in accordance with ASTM
F710. pH range of 7-9 is required. Moisture vapor emissions not to exceed 3
lbs./1000 ft

/24 hours.
Application
Apply adhesive evenly to the substrate using the appropriate trowel as shown
in the Coverage section. Avoid applying adhesive in direct sunlight, high
