Problem Solution
Cannot power ON 1) Check power source connection.
2) Press the Power ON/OFF button to switch the unit ON.
Cannot connect No signal or signal is too weak, move the network device to a dierent location to
get a better signal.
Signal indication is low Move the device to a dierent location to get a better signal.
Cannot call or answer 1) Low battery power, charge the device.
2) Possible damaged battery – replace with a Tecdesk approved battery pack.
No dial tone 1) Replace and pick up the receiver again.
2) Check the cable connection on the receiver.
3) Move to a dierent location to get a better signal.
Too noisy during a call 1) Signal too weak – move to a dierent location to get a better signal.
2) Adjust the call and decrease the volume.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
