Using the Work Notes
Work notes are notes or comments that a user can add. Any iDRAC user can
add a work note. Work notes cannot be deleted. You can view as many as 1000
work notes at a time. For quick reference, the latest ten work notes are
displayed on the iDRAC Home page.
NOTE: If number of work notes added are more than 800, the GUI page may take
few extra seconds to load the page. This is due to relatively huge amount of data
that gets transacted between GUI and iDRAC6.The newly added work notes may
not be displayed after the page is loaded. To resolve this, click Refresh.
The Work Notes page enables you to enter work notes into the Lifecycle Log.
The time stamp for the note is recorded automatically.
To access the Work Notes page, expand the System tree and click Systems
LogsWork Notes.
