P.3 RTA-3800SU P.3 BEFORE YOU START THE ASSEMBLY, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TIPS AND WARNINGS. ❶ Do a quick inventory to make sure the package contains all the parts and hardware listed in the assembly instructions. ❼ To avoid misalignments, always leave the screws loose and tighten them until all pieces are positioned correctly. ❷ Missing, damaged and defective parts can be replaced at no cost to you. Please refer to the last pages on this manual.
RTA-3800SU P.4 P.4 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Hardware: E Non locking 2 Pcs First install the non-locking casters E at the back of the legs 3, and the locking casters F at the front using the cone wrench (spanner) as shown. Then attach the plastic covers G1 and screw knobs G2 to the top of the legs 3, making sure the knob faces towards the back as shown.
RTA-3800SU P.5 STEP 3 Assemble the back structure 4 to the back lift structures 7 using screws A as shown. Hardware: A M6x38 P.5 4 Pcs H 4 7 (Front) 7 STEP 4 Assemble the front structure 5 to the front lift structures 8 using screws A, making sure the holes on 5 face UP as shown.
RTA-3800SU P.6 P.6 First make sure the screw knobs G2 are loose, then with the help of another person, insert the front lift structures 8 thru the covers G1 and into the legs 3. DO NOT TIGHTEN the screw knobs yet. STEP 5 8 8 G 3 3 (Front) STEP 6 Hardware: C D M6x25 M4x12 2 Pcs Assemble the front tabletop 2 to the frame using: • Screws C to secure it to the structure 5 from underneath, • Screws D to secure it to the lift structures 8 from underneath.
RTA-3800SU P.7 P.7 First make sure the screw knobs G2 are loose, then with the help of another person, insert the back lift structures 7 thru the covers G1 and into the legs 3. DO NOT TIGHTEN the screw knobs yet. STEP 7 UNIT IS SHOWN FROM BEHIND WITH ITS FRONT FACING TO THE RIGHT.
RTA-3800SU P.8 STEP 9 Hardware: D M4x12 4 Pcs P.8 Assemble the headphone hanger 9 and the cup holder 10 to the front tabletop 2 on the sides of your preference using screws D from underneath as shown. Proceed to set the heights of the tabletops according to your preference, and tighten the screw knobs. H 9 2 9 2 10 ALL DONE! Give yourself a nice pat on the back.
