RTA-910TV P.4 P.4 ☛ This unit uses cam bolts and locks. The following explains how to use them. This is not an assembly step; it is a guide for when you are actually doing the assembly using this kind of hardware. Cam Lock Cam Bolt 3. Insert the cam lock on panel “B” making sure it goes aligned to receive the bolt’s head. 4. Turn the cam lock clockwise. This will lock the parts together and will close any gaps. Panel “B” 2. Join panel “B” to panel “A”.

RTA-910TV P.6 P.6 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 • Insert the dowels A into the indicated holes on panels 2, 3, 4 and 6. • Attach the bolts F into the indicated holes on panels 2 and 4. (F n ro t) Make sure the sliding track is located at the front on panel 1. Please note that the panels 3 will also be receded from this panel. RTA-910TV P.10 STEP 9 • Attach the glide studs H on the bottom of panels 2, 4 and 13. • With the help of another person, bring the unit upright. Hardware: H Glides P.10 5 Pcs 8 (NOT INCLUDED) 2 4 13 STEP 10 • Secure panel 5 to panels 3 with screws E through the indicated holes. • Attach the bolts B to panel 5 in the indicated holes. Hardware: E B M3.

RTA-910TV P.12 STEP 13 Hardware: D B M3.5x12 Cam locks 2 Pcs P.12 • With the help of another person, assemble the top panel 7 to panels 2, 4 and 6 with cam locks B as explained in page 4. • Secure the front panel 8 to the side panels 2 and 4 with screws D through the brackets G. 8 Pcs 7 8 2 (NOT INCLUDED) 6 6 4 Cam locks alignment (Refer to page 4) STEP 14 Hardware: F J M3.5x25 Handle 2 Pcs 1 Pc • Assemble the handle J to the front face of the door 9 with screws F.
RTA-910TV P.13 STEP 15 Hardware: (NOT INCLUDED) P.13 • Insert the door 9 into the unit by engaging first the top glides K into the top sliding track 12, then engage the bottom rollers K into the bottom sliding track 12. • Secure the bottom rollers K to the door 9 by tightening the screws from inside the unit.
RTA-910TV P.14 STEP 17 Hardware: I N Covers Touch-Up 12 Pcs • Attach the stickers I to cover the cam locks. • If needed, use the touch-up chalk N to fix any small damages or imperfections on the finish. 1 Pc ALL DONE! Give yourself a nice pat on the back. You did a great job! P.
