Playing back CD more natural-
sounding audio
Re-mastering expands the playback band and
achieves a higher bit depth to reproduce natural and
expansive sounds close to original music sources.
1 Press [NWP].
2 Press [RE-MASTER].
• The factory default is “Off”.
• When setting the MQA decoding function to
“On”, the Re-master function will be set to “Off”.
Direct mode
This unit can transmit input signals without
performing digital signal processing (DSP). This
enables faithful and high quality reproduction of
original sound.
1 Press [NWP].
2 Press [DIRECT] to select “On”/“Off”.
• The factory default is “Off”.
• When setting the MQA decoding function to
“On”, the Direct mode will be set to “Off”.
