17.3 Problems with the radio
Symptom Possible cause/remedy
No radio stations are being received. The device is not currently in radio mode. Press the MODE buon
and select DAB or FM.
No DAB signal is being received. Check whether DAB reception is available in the region.
Readjust the antenna.
Try to receive other stations.
Perform a station scan.
The sound is low or of poor quality. Other devices such as televisions are disrupting reception. Move the
radio further away from these devices.
The antenna is incorrectly aligned.
Change the position/alignment of the antenna.
17.4 Problems with the external input
Symptom Possible cause/remedy
No sound from the external input (AUX). Is the external device connected correctly?
Is AUX selected as the input source?
Has playback been started on the external device and has the
output volume been set?
