Symptom Possible cause/remedy
Bad Bluetooth connection and
dropouts
Do not exceed the maximum range for
Bluetooth of 10m.
Device automatically switches to
standby
The auto-standby function automatically
switches the device to standby aer approx.
15 minutes in the following circumstances:
No sound is played
No device is connected via Bluetooth when
the device is in Bluetooth mode
Volume is muted.
If the malfunction has not been resolved, even aer performing the checks
described, please contact the Technical Hotline.
