I. Features & Benefits

Enhance and protect concrete surfaces using ultra-high

clarity, nano-polymer sealer technology with NanoPave®

Concrete Sealer. This water-based, VOC-free,

breathable sealer applies easily to interior or exterior

concrete surfaces and protects against UV degradation,

staining, fading, and weather damage. Available in three

nishes, NanoPave® Concrete Sealer is the innovative,

eco-friendly choice for all concrete surfaces including

smooth, broomed, colored, stamped, exposed aggregate,

and more.

• Water-based, VOC-free, nano-polymer technology

• Fast curing, long-lasting protection with ultra-high clarity

• Extreme temperature application range [40ºF - 90ºF]

• Suitable for application to dry or damp surfaces

• Resistant to blushing, staining, & cracking

• Eco-friendly, safe for interior, exterior, & landscape use

• Available in three breathable sheens

• Natural Look Finish - Low Sheen

• Enhanced Look Finish - Semi Gloss

• Wet Look Finish - Gloss

II. Tool Recommendations:

• Pressurized sprayer (25 - 40 psi)

• Foam rubber squeegee

• 3/8” nap paint roller

• Foam paint brush/sponge

III. Material Recommendations:

IV. Coverage

Coverage rate is dependent on surface porosity, joint

width, depth and the type of jointing material used.

Installation Instructions For: NanoPave® Concrete Sealer ® V. Installation Recommendations Consider complimentary weather conditions before, during, and after any NP-CS application. NP-CS may be installed on damp surfaces. Avoid excessively wet conditions or standing water. Do not install NP-CS within 24-48 hours before or after rainfall. In excessively wet conditions, allow materials and project area to dry. Apply NP-CS to the surface evenly using pressurized spray equipment (40 psi maximum).

Maintenance Treated areas should withstand normal conditions for 24 - 48 months before a maintenance coat is needed. • In high traffic settings and/or in inclement weather conditions, an increased maintenance schedule may be required. For maintenance coats, consult coverage chart in Section IV, and Application Guidelines in Section VI. IX. Warranty TechniSoil Global, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects.
