< If you cannot set the DVD/VCR using Auto Clock, set
the clock manually as follows :
< This clock is based on a 12-hour digital display.
The clock not only serves as a digital display of your
current local time, but is essential to the successful
operation of the VCR's Programmable Timer
Recording used for unattended recording. Therefore
it is of the utmost importance that the clock be set
accurately.
< When the DVD/VCR and TV are turned on for the first
time, --:-- will appear on the display panel.
Example: Setting the clock to the imaginary current
date and time : AM 10:30 June, 25, 2003.
Press the MENU button, then the VCR MENU screen
will appear.
Select the 'CLOCK SET' menu by pressing the
b/5buttons, then press the t button.
Input the DATE by pressing the numeric buttons.
1. Press the 2 & 5 buttons to set DAY.
2. Press the 0 & 6 buttons to set MONTH.
3. Press the 0 & 3 buttons to set YEAR.
Input the TIME by pressing the numeric buttons.
1. Press the 1 or 2buttons to set AM/PM(Number
button 1 in this case).
2. Press the 1 & 0 buttons to set HOUR.
3. Press the 3 & 0 buttons to set MINUTE.
Note:
Press the MENU button two times to erase the
MENU screen.
