REC COPY CHANNEL
Basic Playback
< Turn on the TV and DVD/VCR.
< Tune the TV to the channel that receives the
DVD/VCR signal (usually channels 3, 4 or the video
input ).
< Set the DVD/VCR to VCR mode by pressing the VCR
button on the remote control if the VCR indicator is
not on the front panel display.
LOADING PRE-RECORDED TAPES
Prior to loading a pre-recorded tape, if the power is off,
inserting the tape will turn the power on automatically
if AC power is plugged in. When loading a cassette
without the erase prevention tab, playback starts
automatically.
PLAY BACK
Press the
t(PLAY) button, then picture will appear.
The tape is rewound automatically to the beginning
after playing to the end of recorded part.
STOP
Press the
H (STOP) button. The tape will stop but
remain fully loaded and ready to play.
FAST FORWARDING
Press the
/(FF) button in the STOP mode. The tape
advances at the high speed without picture and sound.
REWINDING
Press the
.(REW) button in the STOP mode. The
tape is rewound at the high speed without picture and
sound.
EJECTING
Press the EJECT button on the front of DVD/VCR (in the
STOP mode).
TRACKING
< Press the TRACKING b ,5 buttons to minimize
picture noise during playback.
< When a tape is played, the Digital Auto Tracking
system automatically adjusts the tracking to obtain
the best possible picture.
