Recording TV Programs 1

PREPARATION

< Turn on the TV and DVD/VCR.

< Tune the TV to the channel that receives the

DVD/VCR signal (usually channels 3,4 or the video

input ).

Load a cassette tape with the safety tab intact. The

power will come on automatically and the TAPE IN

indicator will light.

VCR MODE

Set the DVD/VCR to the VCR mode by pressing the VCR

button on the remote control.This is only needed if the

VCR indicator is not displayed on the front panel.

CHANNEL SELECTION

Press the channel direct access buttons or the

CHANNEL UP/DOWN buttons to select the channel to

be recorded. (From 02 to 69)

SPEED SELECTION

Press the SPEED button to select the desired tape

speed (SP or SLP).

SP or SLP will be displayed.
