(2)the maximum antenna gain permitted for devices in
the bands 5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz shall
comply with the e.i.r.p. limit; and the maximum antenna
gain permitted for devices in the band 5725-5825 MHz
shall comply with the e.i.r.p. limits specified for
point-to-point and non point-to-point operation as
appropriate.
(4) Users should also be advised that high-power radars
are allocated as primary users (i.e. priority users) of the
bands 5250-5350 MHz and 5650-5850 MHz and that
these radars could cause interference and/or damage to
LE-LAN devices.
RF Exposure Information:
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6W/kg averaged over one
gram of tissue. Device Types (FCC ID: 2ADYY-CXAIR) has
also been tested against this SAR limit.
The highest SAR value reported under this standard
during product certification for use when properly worn
on the body is 0.799 W/kg and for head is 0.724W/kg.
Simultaneous RF exposure is 1.012W/Kg.
This device was tested for typical bodyworn operations
with the back of thehandset kept 10mm from the body.To
maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements,
use accessories that antain a 5mm separation distance
between the user's body and the back of thehandset.
