FILTER ASSEMBLY
WARNING
The fi lter prevents larger remnants of food or other objects from getting inside the pump.
The residues may block the fi lter, in this case they must be removed.
The fi lter system consists of a coarse fi lter,a fl at (main fi lter) and a micro fi lter (fi ne fi lter).
The fi lter effi ciency removes food particles from the water during a wash, allowing the
water to be recycled during a cycle. For best performance and results, the fi lter must be
cleaned regularly. For this reason, it is recommended to remove the larger food particles
trapped in the fi lter after each wash by rinsing the semicircular fi lter and cup under running
water. To remove the fi lter, pull the cup handle in an upward direction.
1. MAIN FILTER
Food and dirt particles trapped in this fi lter are pulverized
by a special jet on the lower spray arm and washed down
the drain.
2. COARSE FILTER
This fi lter is designed for larger debris, such as bone piec-
es or food scraps, that could block the drain. To remove
the items that become trapped in the course fi lter, gently
squeeze the tap on the top of this fi lter and lift out.
3. FINE FILTER
This fi lter collects dirt and food residues in the sump area
and prevent it from returning to the dishes during wash
cycles.
