• Do not use warm or hot water as this may damage the device.
• Do not turn on the device if the water tank is empty.
• When FILL WATER appears on the display, brewing coee is no longer possible. You must rell
the water tank rst.
1. Open the water tank cover.
2. Grab the handle of the water tank and pull it out.
3. Rinse it under running water.
4. Fill the water tank with fresh water. Do not exceed the MAX level.
5. Correctly reassemble the water tank back into place.
6. Close the water tank cover.
Filling water circuit
1. Make sure the device is turned on.
2. Make sure the water tank is lled with water.
3. Display shows OPEN TAP.
4. Place an empty container under the hot water/steam spout.
5. Set the hot water/steam knob switch to
position.
6. Display shows FILLING SYSTEM. Steam is generated from the hot water/steam spout.
Danger of scalding!
During the process, hot steam and splashes of hot water ow out of the hot water/steam spout.
Keep your hands away from the spout not to get scalded.
7. When the display shows CLOSE TAP, set the hot water/steam knob switch back to
position.
8. The device is now ready to be used.
Automatic heating and water circuit rinsing
An automatic heating and rinsing begins when the coee machine is turned on after a period of non-
use. The process of rinsing repeats when the device is being turned o. It cannot be stopped. The
device is ready to operate when the cycle is nished.
1. Press the Power button to turn on the device.
2. Display shows HEATING. The device begins heating up. Wait until the process ends.
3. When heating is over, display shows PRESS RINSE.
4. Press the Cleaning button. An automatic rinsing begins.
Danger of scalding!
During the process, water ows out of the coee spout to the drip tray. Keep your hands away
from the spout to avoid scalding injuries.
5. The cycle is over when the display shows READY.
SETTINGS
To enter Settings menu press and hold P button in Ready status. Rotate the Adjustment knob to
choose between the desired options or values. Press the Adjustment knob to enter the desired option
and choose it. To quit the Settings menu, press P button again.
