• turn the switch to the central position to generate steam (drawing milk is blocked).
• turn the switch downwards to heat milk.
9. When the preset steaming time is reached, the device stops generating steam. CLOSE TAP appears
on the display. Set the hot water/steam knob switch back to the
position.
10. It is possible to stop steam generating manually. Set the hot water/steam knob switch back to the
,
position when the desired steaming level is reached.
11. It is recommended to clean the inside of 3-step milk frother after each use:
• Place a container under the 3-step milk frother and set hot water/steam knob switch to the
position and ow some water.
• After a few seconds set the hot water/steam knob switch back to the
position.
• Fill some water into a container and immerse the milk pipe in it.
• Set the hot water/steam knob switch to the
position. Milk pipe is being rinsed.
• After a few seconds set the hot water/steam knob switch back to the
position.
12. It is also possible to froth milk with the frothing nozzle:
• Attach the frothing nozzle to the hot water/steam spout.
• Press the Steam function button and wait until the display shows STEAM READY.
• Place a container lled with cold milk under the frothing nozzle.
• Submerge the frothing nozzle in the milk and set the hot water/steam knob switch to the
position.
• Use the Adjustment knob to set the steaming time from 3 to 120 seconds (if the steaming time
is not adjusted, the device will use last setting).
• Gently move the container in circular motion around the frothing nozzle to steam the milk
evenly.
• When the preset steaming time is reached, the device stops generating steam. CLOSE TAP
appears on the display. Set the hot water/steam knob switch back to the
position.
• It is possible to stop steam generating manually. Set the hot water/steam knob switch back to
the position
when the desired steaming level is reached.
• Prior to cleaning, wait a few seconds and let the nozzle cool down. Then clean it with a soft and
slightly damp cloth. Repeat this step after each use.
IMPORTANT
TO HOT may appear on the display after steaming or cleaning process. It indicates that the temperature
of the thermoblock is higher than 110°C (coee preparation is still possible).
CLEANING
Important!
• Before cleaning make sure the device is turned o and disconnected from power supply socket
and that it has cooled down.
• Before reassembly make sure all parts are clean and completely dry!
Water tank
Water tank should be rinsed under running water and relled with fresh water daily.
