Operation Manual

The toaster is now on, and heat is rising
through the metal base to uniformly heat
the bread products on top.
The metal base is very hot. Do not touch
it. Use gloves or bread tongs if necessary.
When the toaster stops and the control
knob raises, turn the croissants and rolls
over - Fig.
Lower the control lever again until it
locks into the low position, thus heating
the other side of the croissants and rolls -
Fig.
When the toaster stops automatically, the
croissants and rolls are ready.
You can also manually stop the heating
process by pressing on the Stop/Eject
function - Fig.
Clean and maintain
Always unplug the toaster and let it cool
before any cleaning or handling.
Wipe the outside of the toaster, the cord
and the metal base (A) with a damp cloth.
Dry - Fig.
Do not use any aggressive cleaning
agents (no soda-based scouring products,
no scouring pads).
Do not use any metal polishers on the
metal base (A) (no stainless steel
polishers or copper polishers) just a soft
cloth or a slightly damp sponge with a
little washing up liquid.
To clean the crumb collector drawer
Pull out the drawer (E) - Fig.
Remove the crumbs.
Do this regularly, after each use if possible
(toasting or re-heating).
If crumbs or crusts remain inside the
heating elements, turn the toaster upside
down, so that these remaining crumbs fall
out.
Prior to each use, check that the crumb
collector drawer is firmly inserted into its
housing.
To store the cord (G)
Roll the cord around the cord (F) storage
element under the toaster - Fig.
