Some of the Teka’s top ovens incorporate pop-up control knobs to
improve their looks and functionality, as well as to make cleaning
easier. They are also less likely to get dirty or to be altered
inadvertently.
An extremely versatile touch control has numerous features:
automatic adjustable temperature and time setting, illuminated
cooking function selected, residual heat indicator, minute minder,
child safety lock, cooking time and end of cooking time, electronic
control of temperature, express preheating function, memory
function, automatic cooking programmes, automatic security
disconnection in case of oblivion, and preheating of the oven.
Versatility in controlling the cooking
process.
For much easier cleaning, Teka coats the trays and cavities of the
ovens with a special enamelling process called Crystal Clean. This has
superb resistance and hardness and provides a shiny, non-porous
surface where food cannot stick to. Ovens and trays can simply be
cleaned with a warm, damp cloth and will stay in top conditions with
minimum care.
