Loading letterhead paper
1.
Push down on the PAPER tray’s metal plate until it clicks, locking it
in place.
2.
Fan the letterhead paper, but be careful not to leave fingerprints,
which can result in a smudged print.
3.
Load the letterhead paper in the tray so that the side to be printed is
face down and the top of the page is placed under the hooks.
4.
You can load up to 250 sheets of paper, depending on its thickness.
Use the label on the inside of the tray as a reference for the proper
amount of media.
5.
Insert the PAPER tray into any of the three slots on the printer.
