customers can obtain advice regarding the choice of
product most likely to satisfy their needs or obtain
immediate help to resolve minor technical problems.
2) For more complex technical problems requiring a
more detailed explanation a 24-hour e-mail Public
Support Service is available.
3) Independent Servicing and Repair Centers are
available throughout Europe, providing a fast, expert
response to all customer requests; Teleco also provides
constant customer support by organising three-
monthly training and updating courses that are
attended by professional technicians from all over
Europe.
