The PP065 is a transmission line probe designed for use at
very high frequencies. The probe’s input impedance remains
nearly constant over its entire frequency range. Robust to
over voltage and ESD exposure, it is particularly useful in
applications producing fast rising, narrow pulses with ampli-
tudes, which exceed the dynamic range of active probes.
