SAVE/RECALL SETUP
*SAV
Command
DESCRIPTION
The *SAV command stores the current state of your instrument in
non-volatile internal memory. The *SAV command stores the
complete front panel setup of the oscilloscope at the time the
command is issued.

: Neither communication parameters (those modified
by the commands COMM_FORMAT , COMM_HEADER ,
COMM_HELP , COMM_ORDER, and WAVEFORM_SETUP ) nor
enable registers of the status reporting system ( *SRE , *PRE ,
*ESE , INE ) are saved when *SAV is used.
COMMAND SYNTAX
*SAV <panel_setup>
<panel_setup> : = 1 to 6
EXAMPLE (GPIB) The following instruction saves the current instrument setup in
panel setup 3:
CMD$=“*SAV 3”: CALL IBWRT(SCOPE%,CMD$)
