high bandwidth differential probes utilize advanced
differential traveling wave (distributed) amplier architecture to achieve superior
high frequency true analog broadband performance. Traveling wave (distributed)
ampliers are commonly used in ultra high frequency broadband ampliers. This
multi-stage amplier architecture maximizes gain per stage and minimizes probe
attenuation, which provides very low probe noise and fast rise times.
