9. Date and time
If you subscribe to your telephone operator's Caller ID service,
the date and time will be automatically set on all the handsets
upon each call received.
If you do not subscribe to this service, you can set the date
and time manually.
Manually setting the date and time
1. Press 'MENU', then ▼ to display 'Clock & Alarm'. Press
‘Select’, the screen displays 'Date & Time'. Press ‘Select’
again.
2. Enter the date in DD-MM-YY format, for example 04-11-10
for 4 November 2010.
3. Press ‘Save’ and enter the time in 24-hour, HH-MM
format. For example, 14-45 for 14:45 or 2:45pm.
4. Press ‘Save’ to confirm. You can either wait a few seconds
for the display to return to standby or press ‘Back’ twice.
The time that you entered will now be displayed in the top
right of the screen.
Your Colombo Combo telephone is now ready for use.
10. Mains power failure, base only
If you have a mains power failure, you can still use your base
to make and receive telephone calls. The phone will ring when
you receive an incoming call in power failure mode but the
