7. Changing a ringtone
You can change a ringtone assigned to a phonebook entry,
quickly and simply.
1. Press ▼.
2. Scroll ▲ or ▼ to the entry with the ringtone you want to
change and press ‘Options’. Scroll ▼ to ‘Ringtone’ and
press ‘Select’.
3. Press ▲ or ▼ to select a different melody and press
‘Select’ to confirm.
4. Press ‘Back’ twice to return to standby.
8. Copying an entry to the handset
1. Press ▼.
2. Scroll ▲ or ▼ to the entry you want to copy and press
‘Options’. Scroll ▼ to ‘Copy Entry’ and press ‘Select’.
Scroll ▼ to ‘To Handset’ and press ‘Select’.
3. On the receiving handset, e.g. Handset 1., ‘Copy
Phonebook?’ is displayed. Press ‘Yes’ to accept or ‘No’ to
reject the phonebook entries.
4. Press ‘Back’ three times to return to standby.
9. Copying all entries to the handset
1. Press ‘Names’.
2. Scroll ▼ to ‘Copy Phonebook’ and press ‘Select’. ‘To
Handset’ is highlighted. Press ‘Select’.
