18.2 Troubleshooting
18.2.1 No service
If you’re outside the wireless service area, No service will display on your
phone. No calls can be made or received, however, emergency 911 calls may
still be possible.
18.2.2 What if the call doesn’t go through?
Your phone can make and receive calls only when it’s switched on and in the
wireless network’s service area.
• No service Means that you’re probably outside the wireless
service area. No calls can be made or received.
• This number is restricted Means calls to the phone number
you tried to call are restricted (see
“Restrict calls”).
