5. BASIC OPERATIONS
5.1 Switch the phone ON or OFF
Press and hold t he key for t wo seconds t o sw it ch on t he phone unt il t he
phone sounds a beep.
N ote : I f t he phone has t he vibrat e alert opt ion act ivat ed, t he phone will also
briefly vibrat e.
To t urn the phone off, press and hold key unt il the phone sounds a beep
and t urns off.
5.2 Make a call

Hold t he phone as you would any ot her t elephone, wit h t he earpiece over your
ear and t he m icrophone near y our mout h.

Deactivate t he keyguard, if it is on.

Enter t he phone number-including t he area code-and press

to end t he call or t o cancel the call at t empt.
N ote : I t is norm al for the phone t o becom e hot during use. I f the phone becomes
too hot , it aut om at ically drops t he current call and ret urns t o t he “ start
screen” . Unt il t he phone cools, user will be unable t o receive or m ake calls.
5.3 Answering a call
To answer a phone call:
1 Press any key t o answer t he call.

2 Press to end t he call.
5.4 Adjusting the earpiece volume
You can adj ust t he earpiece volum e ( while in a call or at any t im e) by pressing t he
volume keys on the upper left side of t he phone.
Press t he key up t o increase t he volum e.
Press dow n t o decrease t he volum e.
