8. USE THE PHONE BOOK
8.1 About the phone book
Your phone includes a phone book t hat can st ore up t o 200 names and associat ed
phone num bers. St ored num bers can be up t o 21 digit s long. St ored names can be
up t o 12 charact ers long.
Make e ntrie s unique:
You cannot st ore ident ical names in your phone.
Example: You can’t have one ent ry for John Jones wit h a hom e num ber and
anot her ent ry f or John Jones wit h a work num ber. You need t o st ore t he
nam es as, for exam ple, John Jones Work and John Jones Hom e.
8.2 Use phone book menus
The phone book has several m enus fr om which you can choose. These menus
appear when you press Nam es. Use t he scr oll keys t o m ove t o t he m enu you want
to use.

Allows you t o view det ails name and num bers.
Νεω
Allows you t o ent er new name and num bers.
Σπεεδ ∆ιαλ
Allows you t o assign up t o seven one- t ouch dial locat ions.
Ερασε
Allows you t o erase only one name and num ber at a t im e.
