11.3 Mounting the GE864-QUAD V2 on your Board
11.3.1 General
The Telit GE864-QUAD V2 modules have been designed in order to be compliant with a standard lead-free
SMT process.
11.3.2 Module finishing & dimensions
Lead-free Alloy:
Surface finishing Sn/Ag/Cu for all solder pads
