3.4.1 3-Wire Serial Interface
When using only GND and UART-RXD, UART-TXD serial lines, leave UART-RTS# and UART-
CTS# open.
Note: It is strongly recommended to use hardware flow control. Not using flow control can cause
a loss of data.
