for the Technical Support department.

Describe the problem to our support
technicians and obtain a RMA number.
3.
Place the product in a box with proper
packaging and send it to Telkonet
SmartEnergy. Write the RMA number
on the mailing label and box.

You may be contacted back in regards
to your RMA, or the product will be
returned as soon as possible.
