40 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Period and Coverage. TEMLOC (the “Manufacturer”) warrants to the Consumer that the galvanized wall panels (the "Panels") and any shelving and brackets (the
“shelving”), does not include roof panels, windows or other accessories, of the Storage Building (the "Product") purchased by the Consumer will be free from
defects in workmanship and materials under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty only covers the Panels and shelving and does
not extend to any other part or component of the Product. This Limited Warranty extends exclusively to the original purchaser of the Product containing the
Panels, and subsequent purchasers and/or transferees are not covered by this Limited Warranty, unless Manufacturer otherwise agrees in writing in its sole
discretion.

Product Registration. The Consumer must register the Product within 90 days of the date of its purchase to activate the Limited Warranty. Consumers can register
the Product online at WWW.TEMLOC.COM. Once the Product is registered, the term of the Limited Warranty will last for a period of forty (40) years from the
date of original purchase (the "Limited Warranty Period").

Warranty Claims. In the event of a defect, malfunction, or other failure of a Panel while in the possession of the Consumer, the Consumer shall send a written
description of the basis of the warranty claim, at least two (2) pictures of the Panel that clearly show the alleged defect, proof of Product registration, the original
sales receipt, and payment for all freight charges to Manufacturer at 1635 Innovation Dr. Rockwall, TX. The Consumer must strictly comply with the preceding
sentence in order to obtain performance of any obligation under this Limited Warranty. During the first half of the Warranty Period, Manufacturer will replace the
defective Panel free of charge. During the second half of the Warranty Period, Seller will replace the defective Panel for a prorated fee calculated as follows:
5.00% per year starting in year 21. The Consumer is solely responsible all installation costs, replacement labor and freight charges in connection with a warranty
claim.

Maintenance Requirements. The Consumer is responsible for replacing all fasteners that show any sign of deterioration, such as rusting, with new galvanized
fasteners. The Consumer's failure to replace deteriorating fasteners with new galvanized fasteners will be deemed improper maintenance and unauthorized repairs
for purposes of this Limited Warranty.

Limitations. This Limited Warranty will not apply to any Panel or part damaged as a result of an accident, improper installation, unreasonable use, lack of proper
maintenance (including the failure to replace rusting fasteners), unauthorized repair, modification, fire, theft, acts of God, or any cause other than a defect in
materials and/or workmanship. Manufacturer is not responsible for and fully disclaims any and all liability for the building's contents and any other property
damage.

FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, THE CONSUMER IS LIMITED TO THE CONSUMER’S ACTUAL
DAMAGES. SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED, EXCEPT IN STATES WHERE
SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE UNLAWFUL.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, MANUFACTURER MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT OR THE PANELS.

Customer Rights. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights granted to you that can vary from state to state.
