Router 1 accesses the internet and Router 2 to the intranet. AC10/AC10U gets IP address to access the internet
from Router 1 automatically. Set static route on AC10/AC10U, achieving LAN devices access both the internet and
intranet.
Assume that the devices have following MAC addresses:
AC10/AC10U LAN IP Address: 192.168.0.1
Router 1 LAN IP Address: 192.168.1.10
Router 2 LAN IP Address: 192.168.1.20
Assume that the intranet has following information:
Address: 172.16.105.10
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Procedures:
Step 1 Set Router 1 to access the internet. Please refer to the installation guide/user guide of the router for
detailed steps. Set Router 2 to access the intranet and disable the DHCP function of this router. Please
refer to the installation guide / user guide of the router for detailed steps.
Step 2 Set AC10/AC10U to access the internet by dynamic IP address. Please refer to 5.3 Setting up an internet
connection with a dynamic IP address in this user guide for detailed steps.
