12 System Settings
This module includes the following functions: LAN Settings, DHCP Reservation, WAN Settings, Time Settings,
Login Password, Reboot and Reset, Firmware Upgrade, Backup/Restore, Remote Management, System Status,
System Log, and Automatic Maintenance.
12.1 LAN Settings
12.1.1 Overview
This module enables you to do the followings:
Modify the LAN IP address of the router.
The LAN IP address is the management IP address of the router, which is 192.168.0.1 by default but can be
modified if necessary.
Modify parameters of DHCP server.
If the DHCP Server function is enabled, the DHCP server can automatically assign IP addresses, subnet mask,
gateway and other internet parameters to the devices connected to the router. If this function is disabled,
you have to manually set the IP address settings on your devices to access the internet. You are
recommended to retain the DHCP Server function enabled.
Configure the DNS information assigned to devices.
To access the configuration page, click System Settings > LAN Settings.
