Connect your wireless devices to the WiFi network of the router using the new WiFi name and password you set.
- If Connection failed appears on the page:
Click Internet Settings on the web UI to check whether the connection type and parameters you
entered are correct.
Connect the Ethernet cable with internet connectivity to your computer directly.
If your computer cannot access the internet, consult your ISP.
Otherwise, reconnect the Ethernet cable with internet connectivity to your router, reset your router and
configure it again.
Q4: How to reset the router if I cannot access the web UI of the router?
A4: Power on your router. When the SYS indicator blinks, hold down the RST/WPS button for about 8 seconds.
The router is reset successfully when all the LED indicators blink once.
Q5: An IP address conflict message appears after a computer which is connected to the router starts. What
should I do?
A5: Try checking the following items:
- Ensure that there is no other DHCP server in your LAN or the other DHCP server is disabled.
- Verify that the IP address of your router is not used by another device in your LAN. The default IP address of
the router is 192.168.0.1.
- Ensure that the static IP address assigned to the computer in your LAN is not used by other devices.
