Make sure you are not confronting the above
troubles.
Make sure dial-up utility is installed and correctly
configured.
Make sure the user name and password entered
are correct.
If the dial-up is successful, make sure the IE
proxy server is configured properly.
Open several web pages to see if they can be
displayed.
2. Verify connectivity between the device and your PC
