3. Using PC playing accompaniment:
First way: Using the micro USB charging cableOne end insert into V11 sound card "micro USB" charging Jack, other
end insert the USB Jack of computer or laptop. then use the music software or website to play music.
Second way: Using the 3.5mm audio cable: One end insert into V11 sound card "Accompany" jack, other end insert into
PC "Earphone" Jack. then use the music software or website to play music.

Settings
1. Set both the input and output of sound setting to: MVSILICON

. After setting, click Apply to confirm.
2. The software used by the computer also needs to be set, such as accompaniment software and live
streaming software. In the software-"Settings", set the audio input and output of "sound card", "audio
output", "mic", etc. to: MVSILICON

Common troubleshooting
Question 1: The device does not work or suddenly becomes silent.
Answer: The battery is dead, connect to USB to charge and use it.
Question 2: There is a lot of noise during the live broadcast.
Answer: A. Check whether the headset is inserted in place. Reconnect the headset;
B. Whether the earphone is inserted into the corresponding identification position;
C. Appropriately reduce the microphone volume;
D. Check whether the battery is close to a dead state, please charge it in time;
E. If the PC live broadcasts and some laptops have interfering sound cards, try to unplug the computer charge
cable.
Question 3: The microphone is silent.
Answer: A. Check the insertion position of the microphone to ensure that the opponent is identified;
B. Turn the microphone sound to the minimum, please monitor and gradually increase the microphone volume.
Question 4: The live broadcast is silent or low.
Answer: A. Check if the live audio cable is connected to the corresponding live jack;
B. Check whether the mobile phone is inserted in place;
C. Try to see if you can live broadcast again after recording on your phone.
