Cause(s) Remedy
W1: Batt. Low Low battery charge. Charge batteries.
W2: Unavailable Neither ES nor ec−H2O is
enabled.
Selected scrub mode (ES / ec−H2O) not
available. Appears while machine is in
transport mode (1−Step not enabled).
W3: No [Side / Sweep]
Config
Side brush not enabled. Side brush not available. Pre−Sweep not
available.
W4: Not Active Selected function is inactive. Press the 1−Step button to activate all
functions.
W5: Solution Off Solution supply not enabled. Enable solution supply.
W6: Brake On Parking brake is engaged. Release parking brake.
W7: Side Br Wrn## Scrubbing side brush
inoperable.
Turn off and restart machine.
If fault code still appears, stop using machine
and contact Tennant service representative.
W8: L Side Br Short Left sweeping side brush
inoperable.
W9: R Side Br Short Right sweeping side brush
inoperable.
W10: L Sweep Br Shrt Left Pre−Sweep brush
inoperable.
W11: M Sweep Br Shrt Main Pre−Sweep brush
inoperable.
W12: R Sweep Br Shrt Right Pre−Sweep brush
inoperable.
W13: Open [Frnt/Left]

Front main brush inoperable. Check corresponding circuit breaker.
Check harness connection. Reconnect
harness if it is unconnected.
If fault code still appears, stop using machine
and contact Tennant service representative.
W14: Open [Rear/Rght]

inoperable.
W16: Open L Side Br Left sweeping side brush
inoperable.
W17: Open R Side Br Right sweeping side brush

W19: Open M Sweep Br Main Pre−Sweep brush

W24: Open Sweep Vac Pre−Sweep vacuum fan
inoperable.
W25: SqueegeeStall Rear squeegee not lowering. Check squeegee / squeegee actuator for
obstructions. Clear obstructions.
If fault code still appears, stop using machine
and contact Tennant service representative.
