Cause(s) Remedy
W26: Side Stall Scrubbing side brush / side
brush motor is obstructed.
Check brush / brush motor for obstructions.
Clear obstructions.
If fault code still appears, stop using machine
and contact Tennant service representative.
W27: LSide Stall Left sweeping side brush /
side brush motor is obstructed.
W28: RSide Stall Right sweeping side brush /
side brush motor is obstructed.
W29: Sweep Stall Pre−Sweep is not lowering. Check Pre−Sweep actuator for obstructions.
Clear obstructions.
If fault code still appears, stop using machine
and contact Tennant service representative.
W30: DetPumpShort Detergent pump inoperable. Turn off and restart machine.
If warning code still appears, stop using
machine and contact Tennant service
representative.
W31: ES PumpShort ES pump inoperable.
W32: SidePumpShrt Scrubbing side brush pump
inoperable.
W33: Ec Pump Shrt ec−H2O pump inoperable.
W34: DetPumpOpen Detergent pump inoperable. Check corresponding circuit breaker.
Check harness connection. Reconnect
harness if it is unconnected.
If fault code still appears, stop using machine
and contact Tennant service representative.
W35: ES PumpOpen ES pump inoperable.
W36: SidePumpOpen Scrubbing side brush pump
inoperable.
W37: Ec Pump Open ec−H2O pump inoperable.
W38: [Side / Sweep]
Offline
Sweeping or scrubbing side
brush, or Pre−Sweep
inoperable.
Turn off and restart machine.
If warning code still appears, stop using
machine and contact Tennant service
representative.
W39: ECH2O Offline ec−H2O system inoperable. Turn off and restart machine.
If warning code still appears, stop using
machine and contact Tennant service
representative.

for all other fault codes.
