PRESWEEP ASSEMBLY (OPTION)
The PreSweep assembly is mounted to the front
of the machine and gives the machine the added
ability to pick up debris. The assembly contains a
main brush and two side brushes which sweep
debris into a debris hopper. Periodically empty the
debris hopper and vacuum debris bag.
The machine may be operated with or without the
PreSweep assembly. Refer to PRESWEEP in
the MAINTENANCE section for maintenance.
WARNING: Flammable materials or
reactive metals can cause an explosion
or fire. Do not pick up.
OPERATE PRESWEEP (OPTION) WITH
STANDARD PANEL
1. Turn on the machine
2. Press the 1Step button to scrub and operate
the PreSweep.
NOTE: Do not press the 1Step button if only
using to sweep. The PreSweep can be used
without the scrubbing features.
3. Press the top of the PreSweep switch to
start the PreSweep without dust control. The
top portion of the switch will illuminate.
Press the bottom of the PreSweep switch to
start the PreSweep with dust control. The
bottom portion of the switch will illuminate.
NOTE: The PreSweep assembly will begin
sweeping and the dust control system will start
operating when the machine propels forward.
4. Press the illuminated portion (top or bottom)
of the PreSweep switch to shut off the
Presweep system and dust control system.
OPERATE PRESWEEP (OPTION) WITH
PROPANEL
1. Turn on the machine
2. Press the 1Step button to scrub and operate
the PreSweep.
NOTE: Do not press the 1Step button if only
using to sweep. The PreSweep can be used
without the scrubbing features.
3. Press the PreSweep brush button to start
the PreSweep without dust control.
Press the PreSweep Vacuum button to start
the PreSweep dust control.
NOTE: The PreSweep assembly will begin
sweeping and the dust control system will start
operating when the machine propels forward.
4. Press the PreSweep brush or PreSweep
Vacuum button to shut off the Presweep
system and dust control.
