1. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this lamp has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other ).
The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug.
If plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use an extension cord unless the plug can be
fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
2. Do not install non-factory wiring or any other electrical
components. Altering or modifying the lamp in any way
will
render the product unsafe.
3.
Avoid laying objects directly over the power supply cord
to avoid cutting or damaging the wire.
4 Keep curtains, shades, wall hangings and all other fabrics
and objects away from the lamp shade, light switch and
the light bulb. Lamps are not designed to support
additional weight. Do not hang any objects from the
lamp or any lamp part.
5. Place the lamp on a stable, level surface in an area
where the lamp will not be tipped over or bumped.
BULB REPLACEMENT
1. Turn off and unplug the lamp and
allow bulb to cool before
replacing bulb.
2. Gently pull the bulb from the shade assembly until the bulb
becomes loosened from the tension clamp on the shade
assembly.
Unplug the bulb from the pin socket.
3. Reverse this process to install a new bulb.
When the bub is seated properly, you will hear a click.
NOTE: DO NOT PUSH FORCEFULLY ON THE GLASS
TUBES, AS THEY COULD SHATTER AND CAUSE
SERIOUS INJURY.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. To clean: use a soft, dry cloth only.
2. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning solutions.
Use one 27 Watt, type “FML” bulb.
This lamp is approved for indoor use only.

CORD DURING ALL ASSEMBLY STEPS.
1. Place lamp base (A) on a stable, flat surface.
Remove the black rubber protector (B) around the wires on
the base (A) (this is to protect the wires in transit).
2. Screw the cylinder (C) onto the base (A). Then, remove
the preassembled screw (D) from the cylinder (C).
3. Push the power cord from lamp head through the upper
tube (G) and the lower tube (F).
4. Screw the upper tube (G) clockwise to the gooseneck (H).
5. Screw the lower tube (F) clockwise to the upper tube (G).
6. Connect the two ends of the power cord by pressing
the wire connectors (E) into place.
7. Carefully tuck the excess power cord into the lower
tube (F).
8. Align the hole on the lower tube (F) with the screw hole
on the cylinder (C). Then, place the lower tube (F) over
cylinder (C) and secure with the previously removed
screw (D) using a screwdriver (not included).
9. Adjust gooseneck (H) to desired position.
10. Insert the polarized plug (J) into an polarized outlet.
11. Use the HIGH (II)- OFF- LOW (I) switch on lamp
head to turn lamp on and off.
