Please hold the lamp base and adjust
the arm or light head to position the light
as desired.
Lamp head adjustable range of 90 °,
excessive adjustment may cause
damage.
Touch Dimmer: Using the Slide dimmer control you touch and slide to
adjust the brightness of the lamp to meet your needs. Slide to the left to
dim the light reducing the brightness. Slide to the right to increase the
brightness. The icon furthest to the right is the brightest setting.
Choose any setting in between by pressing the icon of preferred
brightness.

1) Do not disassemble the product.
2) Only use the power adapter provided with the product.
3) Altering or modifying the lamp in any way will render the product
unsafe.
4) Do not use the lamp fixture if the power cord is cut or damaged.
5) Do not use the lamp fixture if the power plug is bent or broken.
6) Do not use the lamp fixture if any part of it breaks.
7) Do not look at the LED light source directly.
8) Indoor use only.
9) Do not use the lamp in high-temperature or high humidity
environments. This product is NOT waterproof.
10) Do not cover this product.
11) The lamp fixture is not designed to support, additional weight.
Do not hang any object from any part of lamp.
12) Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or heat vent. This could cause
discoloration or damage to the lamp fixture.
13) Place the lamp on a stable, level surface.
This lamp has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a
Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits
are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference
in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the
equipment on and off, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the lighting unit and receiver.
Connect the lighting unit into an outlet on a circuit other than the outlet
which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for assistance.

1) Connect the DC Plug into the base of the lamp, then
connect the wall plug adapter to the electrical outlet.
2) Please use the following keys on the base for lamp operation.
Use On/Off: Touch to alternate the lamp between On and Off.
Touch to alternate between color temperatures;
cool light, neutral light and warm light.

fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship
for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Electronic parts including passive infrared devices,
photoelectric switching mechanisms, and light bulbs
provided with Growt h products are warranted for
30 days from the date of original purchase.
This warranty does not cover parts becoming
defective due to misuse, accidental damage,
improper handling and/or installation and specifically
excludes liability for indirect, incidental or
consequential damages. Product found to be
defective may or may not be replaced with same or like
type product, contingent on the nature of the defect,
and or replacement availability and or compensated
for at a pro-rated value. T his warranty gives you
specific rights and you may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state. Proof of purchase is
required to exercise the warranty.
