• Disconnect the plug from the power outlet.

• Empty the tank.

• Always set the steam control dial (4) to the “0” position.

• Let the iron cool down.

• Wind the cord around the rear part of the appliance.

• Place the iron in a vertical position.

• Then set dial (4) again to the “0” position.

• Connect the plug to the power outlet and move the iron over an old

cloth to remove all the water remaining in the soleplate.

WARNING!

Do not come into contact with the water coming out of the soleplate,

since it is very hot and could cause burns.

NOTE: Before using the iron again, pass the cold soleplate on a dry

cotton cloth.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING!

Before carrying out any cleaning operation, disconnect the plug

from the power outlet and wait for the iron to cool down.

• Clean the iron body only with a soft and dry cloth.

• Clean the soleplate using a non-abrasive sponge in order not to

damage the soleplate surface.

• Do not use chemical or abrasive substances.

• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid substances.
