The appliance is not working
SOLUTIONS
Make sure that the plug is plugged into
the outlet
Make sure there are no problems with
the mains
The on/off switch (3) does not work
Press the switch in the correct way
The iron does not work
Make sure that the temperature control
knob is in the correct position
The appliance is connected to the
mains but it does not work
Call the Service Centre
The appliance is connected to the
mains but the on/off switch (3) does
not go on
Call the Service Centre
The appliance fails to produce steam
while it is on
Call the Service Centre
