Einlegen der Bürstendichtung
/
Rahmen zusammenbauen
Nach dem Kürzen der Profile die
8ürstendichtung U.1 be- U.2 in die
Profile einschieben und lJberständp
abschneiden. Bei Kunst5toff Tür
rahmen
an einer Längsseite
(der
späteren Scharnierseite) dickere
Büßtendichtung U.2 veMenden
sowie
LJ.l
für die übrigen
5eiten.
Bei Holz-Tütrahmen nur Bürsten-
dichtung
LJ.1
nutzen. Dann Rahmen
entsprechend
der
l\.4ontageanleitung
für die Alutür zusammenbauen.

6. Magnetverschlü5se anbringen
Position der Bohrungen der l\y'agnet
verschlüs5e 5mm von rückwärtiger,
also
später an Gebäudeseite anliegender
Profilkante anzeichnen.
7a. Prüfung der Blendrahmendicke
Dicke des Blendrahmens
ermitteln:
Der Adapter ist nutzbar für Blend-
rahmendicken inkl. Dichtung von
I

20mm
(Verformung
der Dichtung
langfristig möglich).
7b. Prülung der Eingriffstiefe
Die vormontierten Klemmwangen
haben eine Länge von 27mm und sind
für die meisten PVc-Blendrahmen
geeignet.
Bitte messen Sie,
ob
die
Klemmwange so am Blendrahmen
einzusetzen ist, dass der Adapter
einwandfrei an der Blendrahmenkante
anliegen kann. Falls die vormontierten
Klemmwangen zu lang sind
(ggf.
bei
Holzrahmen), sollten die küneren
Klemmwangen T3 mit 17 mm
Länge
montiertwerden.
7c. Seite Türanschlag wählen &
vorbefeiten
die Baugruppen wie
dargestellt
entsprechend der
gewählten
Anschlagseite zuordnen

ein
Kunst5toff Türahmen
vorliegt, diejenige Länqsseite mit
dickerer

wählen.

Adapters zusammendrücken und
vorfixieren mittels Anziehen der
Feststellschraube.

Alutür ausrichten, dazu
ggf.
mittleren Adapter wieder lösen
und alle Adapter endgültig fixieren
durch Zusammendrücken der
Klemmwangen und Anziehen der
Feststellschrauben.
-
Bei vofhandener Fensterdichtung
frir optimalen Halt Feststell-
schraube leicht lösen. Klemm-
wangen mit Zange kräftig
zusammendrücken
und
gleichzeitig
Feststellschraube
fixieren.
12. Position der Metallplättchen der
Magnetverschlüsse markieren
-
Trennpapier von
den Klebepads
(Pl)
abziehen und auf die
Metallplättchen
(P)
kleben.
l\4etallplättchen anschliessend an
die [4agnetveßchlüsse
(0)
heften.
-
Al!-Tür schliessen und die beiden
l\4agnetve6chlüsse
mit den
Pläüchen einige Sekunden fest
an den Blendrahmen drücken.
Ggf. bei
geöffneter
Alutrir das
Andrücken wiederholen.
13. Die Tür ist nun fertig montiert!

14. Federspannung einstellen
Kontermutter J leicht lösen. Das

dem
l\4ehrkanten-Kopf in die Aufnahme
des
Scharnierbolzens

Bolzen in auf Scharnierhülse
angezeigter Pfeilrichtung df ehen, so
dass die Markierung
am
Bolzenkopf
an der Skalierung auf dem Adapter
T eine ziffer weiter
gestellt
wlrd.
Anschliessend Kontermutter J wieder
fesuiehen. Federspannung möglichst
gleichmäßig
an den drei scharnieren
einstellen. schließverhalten der
Alutür überpdfen und
ggf.
Vorgang
an diesem und / oder an weiteren
Scharnieren wiederholen, bis die
gewünschte
Schließkraft ereicht ist.
Achtung: Spannen nur in Pfeilrichtung
möglich

auf schafnierhülse

1. Overview
From the AIu Comfort door
pack you
need the following components:
J: 3xlockingnuts

After shortening the sections.

cut off the
excess.
With
plastic
door
frames,
use thicker
sealing brush U2 on the longitudinal
side and U1 for the other sides. With
wooden door frames use
U1 only.
Then assemble the frame
according
to the
instructions for
the Alu door.

the cladding frame. lf the clamping
jaws
are too long for e.g. use on
wooden frames,
use the shorter

9. Fix the hinge

to the

as
possible. place
Alu
door
complete with adapters
against
the
cladding
frame and hold in

0pen the Alu door slightly, hold
in
position
and take the middle
adapter.

Squeeze the clamping
iaws
of the
middle adapter and
pre{ix
by
tightening the fixing screw.

fix all adapters once and for all
by squeezing the clamping
jaws
and tightening the fixing screws.

lf the window ls insulated. loosen
the fixing screw for an ideal
hold. Squeeze the clamping
jaws
together tightly using
pliers
and
at the same time tighten
the
fixing
s.rew.
12. Markthe

Remove the lining
paper
from the
adhesive
pads (P1)
and attach
to
the
metal
pads (P).
Then
aüach
the metal
pads
to the magnetic
catches

Close the Alu door and
press
the
magnetic catches
and
their
plates
against
the
cladding
frame for
a
few seconds. lf necessary repeat
with door open.
13. The door is now mounted!
CAUTION: the opening angle of the
Alu door should not exceed 1 20',
othewise the closing springs may be
overstretched.
14. Adjusting the spring
Loosen the locking nutJ slightly.
lnsert the multisided head of the
mo!nting tool S
in
the top of the
hinge
pin
N. Turn the
pin
in the
direction shown so that the marking
on top ofthe
pin
moves up one
number on the scale on the
adapter
T. Then retighten the locking nut.
Try to adjust the spring tension on all
three hinges equally.
check the closing of the Alu door and
if necessary repeat this
procedure
on
this
and/or
the other hinges
until
the
desired speed
of closing is
achieved.
Note: tightening is only
possible
in
one direction indicated by the arrow
on
the hinge sleeve l\.4!

Loosening the closing springs
Loosen the locking nutl slightly and
by
putting pressure
on the locking
nut
push
the hinge

closing

will loosen.
