Electrochemical Sensor Platform BE3
Electrochemical sensor platform BE3 is designed for gas detection. This is a three-electrode
structure with a working (WE), reference (RE) and counter electrodes (CE). Patterns of
reference, counter and working electrodes are created by sputtering of platinum on a ceramic
substrate. The sensitive layer on the platform can be applied by various thick- or thin-film
technologies.
Applications: Typical areas of application for
this platform are different types of
gas sensors (NOx, etc.) for
measuring air quality and
environmental protection.
Connection: Ag welded wire ø 0.25 mm,
DIL connectors or
(customer specifications)
Temperature range: -30 °C to +200 °C (for the platform)
Dimensions: 7.25 x 8.75 x 0.6 mm
