Subwoofer rear panel
Q
Frequency
Use this control to set the crossover frequency
between the subwoofer's bass signal and the bass
frequencies of the other speakers. If you are run-
ning the subwoofer from an AV receiver, set the
receiver's crossover frequency to 80 Hz and switch
the subwoofer to
E
“Full Range” mode on the re-
mote control (LED 1 lights up).

Line Input
Connect the AV receiver's “Sub Out” to the
subwoofer's “Line input” using a mono RCA cable
(optionally with a Y adapter).

Voltage selector
This switch adapts the internal amplier to the lo-
cal mains voltage. NEVER set this to any other value
than the standard local voltage value. In Germany,
the correct position is “220 S E n D 240V”.

Power
OFF means that the subwoofer is switched off; ON
means that it is switched on.

Fuse
This is where the mains power socket and fuse are
located.
Subwoofer controls
This product corresponds to
standards DIN EN 61140 (VDE
0140-1) and IEC 60417 of safety
class II and does not require
a safety plug, just the plug
included (2-pole). The casing has
reinforced or double insulation
against electric shock.
Attention:
The separating equipment of
this equipment is the mains
plug, this separating equipment
must be usable without
difculties.
What the icons mean
The lightning/arrow symbol
inside an equilateral triangle
informs the user
about the possibility
of a dangerous, non-isolated
electrical current
inside the device housing,
indicating the risk of
electrical shock.
The exclamation mark within
the equilateral triangle,
which can be seen on the
back of the unit, indicates
that there is important
operating
and service information
for the user to read.

The “wastebin” symbol printed
on the type plates and amplier
labels of our products signies
